Shipping & Returns Policy
In order to provide you with high-quality and affordable products, we source our items from different vendors/suppliers. Thus, please allow your order to arrive 15 to 45 days from your purchase date. If you weren't able to receive your order within the given timeframe, we suggest to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We have 30 days return policy. If a return/refund request is received beyond the said number of days, we, unfortunately, will deny the claim. Please note that to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused. You should also ensure that it is in its original packaging. Items that is obviously (intentionally or unintentionally) tampered will be denied.
When shipping an item for refund, exchange, or return, please take note that you will need to shoulder shipping fees.
Refund & Exchange
We will send you an email when we received the returned item. We will also notify if the claim is rejected or approved. If the latter, we will return the credit to the original method of payment, which you used to pay for the item.
Please do note that we're not responsible for mishandling during transit. We ensure that the item is in top condition and properly packed before sending it out to delivery courier. Please see our returns & refund policy.
